v39 b3 scaling and speed #150

When scaling a model the position relative to the scaling point is not adjusted, this leads to the model either disappearing below or above ones position. I would propose to include the position of the viewer in the scaling because searching for the model is an unexpected occurrence. Similarly the speed should be factored with the scaling, when going on 1:100 it is almost impossible to position oneself precisely because even the lowest speed lets you fly past the model.

The position of the user is kept relative to the model as it is now (no changes has been made for a long time). In this way if you are scaling the model and standing on a small part of the model you will remain on that part of the model otherwise the model would disappear away from you even more if you are far from 0,0,0. The world is scaled relative to 0,0,0 when using the scale slider. Reducing the speed relative to the scale is only a good idea sometimes, because let's say you want to explore a large city model in 1:100 as if you were moving relative to a 1:100 model. I don't think there is a solution that fixes all?

One option would be to extend the scale of available speed, from my experience we nee slower speeds on the lower spectrum of the scale if we do not adapt the scale relative to the scale.
