Not to gain hearts after leaving an arena

Actual behavior

join a arena (using the plugin corearena for me personally) leave the arena Gain a heart in the actual world after leaving for some reason. Repeat to get unlimited hearts

There are some health options in config.yml that could fix this issue. Try setting health.update-delay to 1 and force-base-health to true. You can read about these options here.
