Build spigot for 1.21 from source.

This isn't urgent as it might be spigot related, using unstable spigot 1.21 release, with AuraSkills 2.1.2 stable release.

No, my version of minecraft is not supported, but reporting this ahead of time, so you could possibly just take a look at it.

Oh I forgot to add that for some reason this seems to be called something like 5 times per second.

2.1.2 did not support 1.21, but 2.1.3 does and fixes these errors.
