Open source license? #16

Hi! I noticed, that here's no license file in the repo. What do you think about adding some common opensource license to Sanderling? Like Apache-2.0, or MIT. (See the templates on https://choosealicense.com/ )

I now copied over the open source license from A-Bot to resolve this.
