I know that sqlalchemy query is wrong. The rest of it might be wrong too.

This specific feature was added in a subsequent arcbot update: https://github.com/Arctem/arcbot/commit/9e101001cd0161790b39ca3a41b18e2d2b630a40

This update includes the functionality of this PR as well as additional info on total number of factoids and who has the most factoids.
