Tiling/shape editor

It would be useful to have a GUI tiling editor as well as an editor for shapes to be used in tilings

Some things I'm thinking the tiling editor should have:

• Resizing and rotation of shapes
• Default rule

And the shape editor:

• A way to create line segments with particular lengths and angles
• Default shape type/color
