ArcTaps do not follow the timing group of their parent arcs. #33

I have noticed this when playing around with timing groups, and did not know how to set their timing groups. I don't know whether it is a really a bug or just worked as intended. Songs that contain ArcTaps with timing groups in official Arcaea is below:

Arghena - Feryquitous vs Laur
Tempestissimo - t+pazolite

The ArcCreate version on my laptop was v1.1.0.
