ArcCreates creates a note when cursor is not in Gameplay Window anyway #55

OS: Linux Mint XFCE ArcCreate Version: 1.2.21

The charter creates a note when the cursor is outside the Gameplay Window, so for example, if I click play after my cursor is in Gameplay Window, it creates a note as soon as I click on play.
