Intra-comparison toposcale output #17

First comparison of this version with previous ones.

Temperature -> good but a biais of few degrees SW -> good, but presence of an artefact in topopyscale close to 0 LW -> complete wack in topopyscale ws -> look good q -> good precip -> ?? pressure -> ?? (not avail in Kris's file)

T -> fixed LW -> fixed SW -> fized precip -> fixed

Current release have been tested sufficiently.
