The search bar should have a clear button on the right side.
This needs to meet the following requirements:
The clear button should be OPTIONAL but opt-out (i.e. if no value is provided it appears)
The icon for the clear button should be GREYED OUT when the text box is empty, and the same color as the back button otherwise (i.e. its color should dynamically change)
Probably should avoid calling setState within the actual SearchBar class
