After https://github.com/ArcticaProject/arctica-greeter/commit/cad592202de8c0ac6fa717f351729e7c9dbde3eb was added, the initial size of the Greeter is about 10% of the available screen size. I can nudge it to resize itself by slightly resizing the VirtualBox window.
