Fix build with vala 0.39 #9

arctica-greeter fails to build with vala 0.39.91 which is currently in Debian experimental but will be uploaded to Debian unstable soon.

Inspired by https://github.com/linuxmint/slick-greeter/commit/3959b22a

by soon, I mean now. :wink: (It's a release candidate now.)
