19 new icons #2126

This pull request includes:

  1. New icons:
    1. 10 Thai apps: bumrungrad, chula care (named cross to be reused for future apps that look similar), huachiew connect, krungthai business, krungthai campus, ram health, sookpor tee por sorn, sooktae tee mae hai, thaid, thangrat
    2. 9 Requested apps: sonic the hedgehog 2 classic, slickdeals, salatuk, granny, familywall, wall kickers, nekobox, yandex bank
  2. New app using existing icons: Jitarsa (heart)

Since it's been a year since I last did any icons, there may be something I forgot to do - just let me know if I need to fix anything 🙃
