Description

This PR includes 50+ requested icons:

  1. 51 new icons: Al Cambio, Altex, AndroPods, ArtFlow, AV Controller, Banca movil, BIS CARE, BJENAUN, Castle, Centrelink, Delhivery, Escola Parana, Extinguish, Fddb, FirstCry, Geph, GSam Battery Monitor, GSam Battery Monitor Pro, Harmonoid, ice, ISS Detector, Keys Cafe - RGB Keyboard, Kicktipp, Mufar, Meliuz, Microsoft exFAT/NTFS for USB by Paragon Software, MODO, Money Manager (KTW Apps), MyRogers, Navi, Park+, Perfect Viewer, Priority Pass, Pulsar+, Reface, SBI Rewards, Shopee LIte, Snapmint, Stagecoach, Stay Focused, SumUp, Tawakkalna Services, Threes, Tuner - Pitched, TXD Tool, Untracker, Video Maker, WADBS, WinZo, YoWindow, and ZipRecruiter

  2. 4 new apps using existing icons: SC Mobile (sc_mobile.svg), TheFor (circle.svg), Umax (letter_uppercase_square_u.svg), and Yettel (yettel.svg)

I've started moving all most guides to docs.arcticons.com instead of the wiki here, so had to revert some stuff
