Idea from AWG mtg 2018-01-11 is to have a drop-in webinar similar to office hours. Have the option for participants to submit questions early.

Tentatively scheduled for June, have people signed up as mentors show up.

Post-webinar survey link: (add to slideshow) We usually ask participants to complete a brief survey; we need info for our NSF reports (to justify adobeconnect, etc.) and we use the survey in lieu of requiring registration.
