display higher geog data for collecting event relationships in media #226

Relationship "taken at collecting_event" shows the locality and date.
Somewhere, we need to also display higher geog (county, state, country). I
suggest concatenating it at the end, e.g.

relationship: collecting_event: Lane Bridge, 10 mi N Fresno (10 Apr 1911)

would become

relationship: collecting_event: Lane Bridge, 10 mi N Fresno (10 Apr 1911),
Fresno County, California, United States
