Application generating ALA labels puts a "seconds" sign where a "minutes" sign is needed, when lat-long is in degrees and decimal minutes #332

What steps will reproduce the problem?Select specimens, pick "ALA labels
from drop-down menu on upper right, and push "go" button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?When lat-long is in
degrees and decimal minutes, the minutes part have a "seconds" sign instead
of a "minutes" sign

What is your operating system and browser?Windows XP, Firefox 3

Please provide any additional information below.
Should be an easy fix.  I can't believe it took a year to notice it.
