We allow select multiple search for other ID type, the default separator for that is comma, identifiers which contain commas don't work correctly.
Cleaning these up and ensuring new comma-containing values don't get created would mean everything would work as expected, everywhere.
If that isn't possible we could do something nonstandard with delimiters, which will means these are difficult for everyone else to deal with.
Here's current data. Can we just remove the commas? (Or merge them with 'original identifier'? None of these look very actionable.)
