Viewing permits on records #98

I need to be able to view associated permits when I am on a record

  1. If you are on a record, you cannot see if it has any associated permits without going to the accession and looking for permits. To me, it makes sense to be able to see and link to those permits in the Catalog Record/Curitorial section of the record. This should not be public information.

What are relevant pages in Arctos

There's some complexity in this, but I'll ignore than for now and do something from where we can talk about details as needed. Going to dev.
