I am 85% sure I've written that documentation before, but I can't find it???

http://handbook.arctosdb.org/how_to/How-to-Approve-Records-entered-with-Data-Entry-Form.html exists, but needs lots of help. The SQL blurb is just about exactly wrong - that's built for 'you know this is a mess, and you need powerful tools to fix it.'
