`cabal test` does work for hello-world-ui-selenium-test

This is a larger problem with Haskell.nix, that we're not going to solve overnight. We're going to have to make the choice to ignore the fact that cabal doesn't work for everything, since Haskell.nix doesn't provide a devShell for every case. It builds in Nix, we should be happy with that, and leave it at that.
