Spawn Signs

Signs for spawn, that run the spawn command block commands on the player right clicking them

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] At spawn are signs, that can be clicked to select a faction
• [ ] After clicking on a sign (selecting a faction) the player gets reset (waypoings & alignment) and gets set up for a start in the faction (alignment, teleporting etc)

Current commands run at spawn:

• delete Prefix
• set alignment to 0
• lock all WPs
• set new alignment
• delete RPChar subgroup
• remove all achievements
• add to Faction group
• remove PVP subgroup
• remove suffix
• warp to starting hamlet
