The command /rpchar should take as much information from the backend as possible in order to fill things

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] The command /rpchar requires no arguments and gets all information from the backend

The command itself exists already, this issue has the goal of taking as much information from the backend as possible instead of having them as command arguments
