v3.2.3 Code cleanup #27

Modified:

Make private methods private.
Downloads support hentai.
jsonmaker core method separated by classes.
Make covers folder only if cover download selected and there are covers available.
Updated languages to allow new language romaji keys.
Re-add directory download argument, takes priority over env file.
