Cannot install ROS node #130

As per the instruction I copied the arducam_usb2_ros folder into my catkin workspace directory, I ran catkin_make. When I run setup.sh I get the following error:

chad@DESKTOP-8QMEJ7P:~/pos_ws/arducam_usb2_ros$ ./setup.sh [rospack] Error: package 'arducam_usb2_ros' not found cp: cannot stat '/scripts/arducam.rules': No such file or directory

I'm running ROS Kinetic on Ubuntu 18.04.2. It's an Ubuntu subsystem on Windows using an x64 PC.

FYI that ROS Kinetic doesn't support 18.04.2. See https://www.ros.org/reps/rep-0003.html#kinetic-kame-may-2016-may-2021
