As per the instruction I copied the arducam_usb2_ros folder into my catkin workspace directory, I ran catkin_make.
When I run setup.sh I get the following error:

[rospack] Error: package 'arducam_usb2_ros' not found
cp: cannot stat '/scripts/arducam.rules': No such file or directory

I'm running ROS Kinetic on Ubuntu 18.04.2. It's an Ubuntu subsystem on Windows using an x64 PC.
