108MP camera cannot open at 12000x9000 in windows USBtest.exe

For the 108MP camera, it runs ok when loading the 4000x3000 cfg. But for the 12000x9000 cfg, on clicking open, the first error is "Alloc memory error!", subsequent clicking gives "USB camera buffer create error".
