MT9J001 and ubuntu error on opening example code python2 #77

Hi, So after following the installation instructions, I get the following error when trying to run the example code for Linux (I'm currently running Ubuntu 18.04)

sudo python ArduCam_Py_Demo.py ../../../python_config/MT9J001_10MP.json ('color mode', 0) ('open fail,rtn_val = ', 65281)

any suggestions?

Nevermind, I had a faulty cable.
