Soft Trigger Function not working #81

I am trying to use the Arucam_soft_Trigger() function on an AR0134 with a Rev.D usb camera shield. I have turned the Flash output on so I can see if the camera is recording a picture on an oscope. When I use an external trigger, the flash goes high for the duration of the exposure, like it should, and an image saves. When I use soft_Trigger, no flash output goes high nor does the camera register that a frame was taken using the isFrameAvailable function.

Has anyone had luck with softTrigger?
