I need to have grayscale images for my research and I need them to come from camera grayscale without preprocess, would you help me with this issue?

I'm not sure what kind of camera you are using.

It is mt9v033 .

It is set in the config file format section, 4 should be used for black and white sensor, you can refer to our MT9V022 config file for detail. Once the config is loaded into the demo code, the demo will display the grayscale video according to the format settings. Not sure what platform you are using, windows, linux or rapsberry, we have different demo code and config files for these OS.
