Arduino 1.8.15 Pico install CRC failure #3

Why is it doing this? I am running ubuntu 18.04. CRC keeps failing. I was trying to install this library using the board manager. Deleted zip file in staging directory many times to retry. Is my internet connection bad and causing this (i'm in basement and wifi is weak but seemed to download whole 23MB pretty quick and CRC fail soon after that). Can I do this manually? How?

Same here. Not due to internet connection I think. Arducam doesn't response any issues.
