I'm do not really know what this camara is expect that the camera module has "UC-721 Rev.D" written on it. Thanks for the help in advance. The Image at the top shows my current configuration and the camera itself.

Here are some system specs which may or may not be useful: OS: Raspbian GNU/Linux 11 (bullseye) aarch64 Kernel: 6.1.66-v8+ Host: Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.4
