Error: Write failed camera A init OK camera B init OK select timeout select timeout Segmentation fault #57

I've followed along the instructions and I've encountered the following error when setting up the m,ulti_camera_adaptor V2.2 using python :

Error: Write failed camera A init OK camera B init OK select timeout select timeout Segmentation fault

What should I do to fix it
