cc3200 Wifi camera not able to upload new firmware #1

Not sure where to get support for arducam products but I have followed all steps to upload firmware to cc3200 arducam and the board will not respond to UNIFlash. What are some troubleshooting steps I can take? Using FTDI Basic flash with gnd TX and RX hooked up SOP2 jumpered and Camera FPC disconnected and power to the board.

Dear Sean Please read the document http://www.arducam.com/downloads/wifi_camera/ArduCAM_WIFI_Camera_Shield_DS.pdf for the firmware upgrading. As you can see on the page 9, the IO1(TX) should be connected to FT232's RX and IO2(RX) should be connected to FT232' TX. You'd better to remove the camera connector before uploading new firmware and close the SOP2 jumper then press reset button when notified from the uniflash. Regards, Lee
