web: Display two types of BASIC ID messages #66

In Japan, serial numbers and registration codes are transmitted by BASIC ID messages. The number of BASIC ID message tables is 2. I show all tables.

@muramura I will try to extend this PR with the backend for broadcasting two basic IDs.
