Beacon Broadcasts do not appear to work #98

I have modified both RemoteIDModule.ino and parameters.h in an attempt to verify that the changes I made to the source code worked when I created the .bin and flashed the chip.

My changes indeed worked and so when I forced the beacon broadcast to work, nothing happened. The only 802.11 traffic I see is the Beacon so that you can access 192.168.4.1, there is no discernible Remote ID traffic that I could see within any payload on those beacons.

What change needs to be done so that Beaconing works as expected?
