Feature Request: Motor test tab like cleanflight\betaflight #1439

Hello. I thought it would be good to see the section Motor test as it looks in cleanflight\betaflight configurators clip2net_161227133028 It can be useful to determine min throttle, perfom pwm resolution tests, and more precison then current feature in which user can input only %throttle but not exatly pwm value.
