Add ability to manually switch UI to plane/copter/rover/sub #1621

As of now the UI layout and options are slightly different for each vehicle type. (ie, mission items and such too). If not currently connected, it recalls the last one it was connected to. Would be nice to be able to override that (while not connected) so that it can be of any vehicle type you want.

@magicrub Maybe this has been implemented by clicking once in the top-right area next to the connection baud rate? This opens a drop-down that seems to do what you are after.
