do you have a problem with this if we change this to ru-RU? vs ru-KZ. the issue is that ru-KZ does not exist on windows 7, and create compile issues on windows 7.

@meee1 hello, Ive got the same issue on win 8.1, there were no ru-KZ locale, I used config with ru-KZ, and had manually trace why I get app-crash during loading MP I would suggest to copy ru-KZ to ru-RU and keep ru-KZ too.
