I take it both your machines are using display scaling? ie the 150%

This comment applies to both reports: This one (regarding window resizing) and the zoom issue (zoom with mouse hold click drag shows area to be zoomed outline incorrectly in Mission Planner analyze bin log file window (#1995))

For completeness, I will post this comment verbatim in both issues (#1994, #1995), but obviously they are related to each other somehow, and to how windows handles screen scaling on high resolution monitors.

An update: Win8 and Win10 both: 100% screen scaling, Mission Planner works fine. 150%, 200% scaling, it changes window size on arm. (100% screen scaling is very difficult to read on these high resolution monitors). It seems windows is forcing Mission Planner to be 100% size on arm, even though the rest of the interface/window is at 150 or 200%.

For the beta: Beta on Win8: Failed to run after update. See error message: betawin8error

Beta on Win10: At 100% screen scaling, Mission Planner works fine. At 150% and at 200%, Mission planner works fine. I.e. nothing changes on arm. The zoom window works properly now also. However, the fonts seem to fit into the boxes designed for them. For example, the "%" symbol does not appear in the telemetry logs screen, showing how far the log has been played (i.e. percentage).
