Remove Elevon Config from Plane's Radio Calibration screen #2189

We've recently reworked the ArduPilot wiki page re RC calibration and as part of that @tridge requested that we remove the "Elevon Config" section of MP's radio calibration screen for plane because it hasn't been usable for "half a dozen releases".

I had been an issue with the radio calibration and maybe you can help me with that. In this moment i'm trying to connect my pixhawk 2 cube black with a Spektrum AR500 receiver, well the connection between the radio DX7se is ok, but when i want to do the radio calibration in Mission Planner isn't possible to do it 'cause the receiver isn't capable to do the connection with the pixhawk. Is there any other thing what can i do for make it the radio calibration or the receiver isn't campatible with this board configuration? Thank's.
