Geofence menu item shown when right clicking on "Flight Plan" page disappears upon connection to copter.

@ajd394,

Copter-4.0.x supports "complex fences" so the way fences are entered has changed. There's a drop-down on the top right of the screen that defaults to "MISSION". This needs to be changed to fence.

I've got another issue here re some issues with uploading complex fences.
