I think the poster didn't complete the issue, but I can confirm the problem:

Flight plan -> make a plan -> rotate map -> all the markers disappear

Waypoints are still there, they can be seen at the bottom, can be interacted, but are not visible. If we change rotation back to 0 waypoints appear again.

tested with version 1.3.70, Windows 10
