Set message interval screen shows odd VIDEO_STREAM_INFORMATION99 message #3447

On the Ctrl-F screen we have a "Message Interval" button that pops up the screen below. The drop-down list of messages holds two nearly identical options but the second one is not a valid message and so I think we should remove it
