Move Telemetry Logs and DataFlash Logs to new menu button #523

I think that the Log functionality which appears in the "Telemetry Logs" and "DataFlash Logs" tabs doesn't have much to do with the Flight Data screen that it appears on. The overlap comes only when it comes to playing back the tlogs.

I think it would be best to create a new menu item on the top just for Log Analysis. mp_logmenu mp_logmenu2

It might also be good to add a button to allow opening a file explorer in the directory where the dataflash and tlogs are stored. I have a short-cut set-up on my machine but most people probably don't.

Excellent suggestions Randy. Though since this has been out there for four years next week, I won't hold my breath on this one. ;-)
