Add "Navio+ with External Compass" option to Compass calibration screen #921

when this option is selected the COMPASS_EXTERNAL should be set to "1" and the COMPASS_ORIENT should be set to "8" for Roll180.

hmm.. thinking aout this more, let's check with the emlid guys about what they intend to do about external compasses. They don't seem to be selling them at the moment but maybe they will.
