Adding two models to allow gimbal emulation and testing...one for manually controlled gimbals typical with FPV planes and another full 3D gimbal without built-in stabilization to allow testing and use of ArduPilots internal stabilization mount code.
Parameters updated for these uses and rebased to master
@Hwurzburg This open PR is the reason I asked about the policy. I guess I haven't reviewed it because I couldn't figure out how gimbals are supposed to work :)
