Sysid: updates - Githubissues

A few updates for the system identification tool. This also requires a change in process from the user, the log should be loaded first.

Added standard AP header and title
Added favicon
Added file select and flight data plot at the top.
TF vs SS is now a radio button.
Lots of code moved into dedicated SysID.js file.
Submit button only becomes available once a log is loaded
Available log messages and fields are used to populate there respective input options.
