Jeti radios are often used with RC Planes; not so much multirotors. With the addition of a low-cost version of their TX -- the DS-12 --, more folks should start using the platform. The benefit to EXBUS is the combination of telemetry and control over a single link. If we were to keep with the option to use a UART as RC_IN, this may be less work that you think. The EXBUS protocol is open and well documented. Further, with Jeti's support of Lua apps on at least the DC/DS-24, a lot of value can be derived from this controller.
