Blheli_S ESC firmware corruption Matek h743 and Racerstar RS80A #19877

ESC connected to LED pin (servo 13) SERVO_BLH_3DMASK,0 SERVO_BLH_AUTO,1 SERVO_BLH_DEBUG,0 SERVO_BLH_MASK,4096 SERVO_BLH_OTYPE,4 SERVO_BLH_POLES,14 SERVO_BLH_PORT,0 SERVO_BLH_RVMASK,0 SERVO_BLH_TEST,0 SERVO_BLH_TMOUT,0 SERVO_BLH_TRATE,0 SERVO_DSHOT_ESC,0 SERVO_DSHOT_RATE,0 After 4-5 attemps to connecting via https://esc-configurator.com/ it connect to ESC. I try flash actual BlueJay firmware and it bricked. I try flash original firmware via BLHeliSuite16714902a but i receive this (try different speeds) photo_2022-01-24_21-14-17 after this i flash betaflight and flash ESC without problem. Version 4.1.6 Plane

I just can't get https://esc-configurator.com/ connect to my matek h743 wing fc.
