Great information, but it is missing a few things: 1: the threshold at which one should consider to improve something 2: the ultimate end: suggestion to configure INS_NOTCH*

Feel free to update with a more complex data: Accel 0 -2 Gyro 0 -2

which of the frequencies should user try to filter when given this complex image.

Because we have in notch filter a parameters for the freq band (a proper one could be also of 10hz )in which you want it to have effects, I suggest to show zoom image of the fft graph showing better precision on the frequencies. This will help users understand better about the selecting a correct peak band, not too wide or too short ;)
